Because our products are edible and perishable, Kasaar does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product is of poor quality due to manufacturing or packaging issues
  • You received an incorrect item compared to your order

3. Reporting an Issue

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Failure to provide adequate proof may result in rejection of the refund request.

Once your complaint is received, Kasaar will review the details and verify the issue. We reserve the right to:

  • Reject refund requests if the issue is caused by improper storage, handling, or misuse after delivery

5. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Delivery or shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred on our part

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Kasaar does not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by third-party courier services
  • Damage due to improper storage after delivery
  • Minor variations in taste, texture, or appearance, which are natural in edible products
