At Kasaar, we prioritize quality, freshness, and food safety. Due to the perishable and edible nature of our products, please review our return policy carefully.

No Returns on Edible Products

Kasaar does not accept returns or exchanges on any edible or perishable items once they have been delivered. This policy is in place to maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Exceptions

Returns are not permitted under any circumstances. However, in case of a genuine issue, customers may be eligible for a refund or replacement, subject to verification, if:

  • The product is damaged at the time of delivery
  • The product is spoiled or of poor quality
  • An incorrect item was delivered

Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact Kasaar within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Verification

All claims are reviewed by the Kasaar team. Requests may be declined if the issue is due to improper storage, mishandling, or delay in reporting.
